Cameron! WOW! You have some major talent going on there. These pictures are incredible!!! This is seriously some very high quality work, and I’ve been to plenty of museums and galleries here in NYC where your art would not only fit in, but would absolutely shine. Very, very nice.
Very interesting images. Thanks for sharing. I liked all of them. Saying one is better than others is like telling the creator he/she is not good enough:)
I know among us, Indonesians, we normally shorten our country’s name to Indo when we talk to each other, but I hope people around the world will also know it from looking at your title only. I love these pictures. They’re unique, but some of the flowers don’t have their proper names written. It would be nice to see their names explained. Sorry if I’m being critical, but I hope not too much. Can’t help it. It’s the Indonesian side in me talking 😉
Overall, these are beautiful and lovely images. Great work.
wow.. Natural, i like it.
I have social bookmark in http://www.beritabaris.com,
I hope, you can visited and add your ling for promotion your blog.thanks..
Some of these are absolutely amazing. I particularly like the third-last, with the sun in it – really stunning. This collection has made my day. Well done, and congratulations on being Freshly Pressed.
Stunning images and demonstrates the power of the monochromatic. I’ve become a Follower, and hope that you’ll check out my blog at Lens and Pens by Sally. I read about your goals in the About section. I’ve had a photograph selected for the National Geographic Magazine website and posted twice (Daily Dozen and Weekly Wrapper). Go to their site and see about the Your Shot competition. Hope that you enter, Sally
hey, help me up, pls. i’ve fallen off my seat, lols! the pics are truly magnificent. ^^
i like the pockets of clouds. i’ve been looking at them (in my country, in my city) for the last three afternoons, that time before the sun sets that is, the golden rays before the sun goes down.
all of the pics are great, btw. i love the play of light and darkness. it’s an FP that’s well-deserved! :):)
Wow! You are doing EXACTLY what you are meant to be doing! Your pictures are absolutely breathtaking! You had a new fan from the first photo…I LOVE orchids! But the water lily…oh the water lily. It looks magical from the glow it appears to be exuding! Congrats on being Freshly Pressed. ~Marianne ^_~.
Wow!!! Thanks everyone for the love and gratitude you’re dishing my way. It’s flattering and keeps fueling the flames of passion for sharing the beauty of this planet and its people. Thank you!
did you know that the smallest spiders have to make up for being so small by cramming their entire body cavity with “brains”…it’s true…I just found out…I may have read it or a spider may have told me…I can no longer tell…anyway…that’s why even the tiniest ones can spin the most incredible and intricate webs…I”m only writing this cause I’m pretty sure one of your pictures was of such a web…and I’m told you may be in trouble for trespassing but I’m not privy as to how spiders get even…maybe they just let that stuff go…knowing as they must that if it’s not in the web then it probably doesn’t exist…no, I’m told that’s not true…it’s about food…not philosophy….I think they use their extra brain material quite wisely but I’m secretly happy (not anymore) that they’re not bigger….
Hey! Your photos are beautiful, and the forms of the plants (especially the trumpet studies, for me) are stunning. Do you mind if I give a little critical feedback? I find your logo a bit distracting to my eye. I end up looking at it more than the image because it’s disproportionately white and sometimes a bit too big. Granted, logos are there to brand, but I don’t think to keep the viewer from taking in the image. And these are images we don’t want to miss!
awesome feedback. It is a new logo I’m messing with and I think I can shrink it and decrease the opacity so it’s there, but not there. Like you said, it’s all about the images and their presentation. Thank you!
Beautiful pictures. Are they really taken in Indonesia? Those are look familiar to me, a truly Indonesian. Great pictures. You’ve successfully captured the beauty of each of the objects. Love them all 🙂
Really lovely shots Cameron, and some splendid stuff elsewhere in this blog. For what it is worth I’m placing a link to your blog on mine. Cheers
Brendan
Many times it is very difficult to relate different subject through composition and contrast (B&W). Flowers, clouds, insects, sunset / sunrise… you did a great job with this series of doing just that.
Beautiful. Thank you for sharing. As an Indonesian native – American naturalized, I appreciate you for sharing the beauty of my birthland. Sometimes we got trapped in the hustle and bustle of busy life we forget to see the flower blooming. Your work, Sir, has stopped me in a halt.
I am in complete and utter awe over your work! I have absolutely no clue how you achieved this stunning work, but I am now a great admirer. Definitely looking forward to more posts.
Amazing photos! I love how black and white really adds to the image! i just set up my own blog and if you have the time i would love if you could tell me what to change to it and whats bad. Thanks! http://capturedpast.wordpress.com
